Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are items that are still seeking funding, which will take 1-3/4 months to be produced and sent to me after minimum funds have been reached. Items are also priced lower than in-stocks. Please do take note of the waiting times when purchasing coz cancellations will not be applicable to these as revenue is used to fund products. Don't worry, you'll get the very best of the bunch!

Once pre-orders are sold out or closed, no additional slots are available unless stated otherwise. You may purchase them as in-stocks when they're made available.

If you order pre-order items with in-stock items, they'll be shipped only when the pre-order items are ready. No separate shippings are allowed unless you are willing to pay for the shipping for both parcels. In this case, please feel free to contact me to arrange this :)

These pins might be cancelled if minimum funds have not been reached within a reasonable time frame and refunds will be given in such circumstances. So please help spreading the word about pre-orders! It will really help in funding the production of these products. 

Very slight design/structure changes might occur during the production process to ensure the results of best quality pins. If changes are drastic, you will be contacted to reconfirm your pre-order slot.

Returns & Refunds

Returns will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued for in-stock items if you change your mind within 24 hours of your purchase and if the order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise, they are not accepted as well.

Pre-orders cannot be refunded if you change your mind as these profits are used to fund production.

Sales are final within above stated circumstances.

Holding Orders

If you would like to make an order but not have it shipped yet, you may ask for me to hold your order! I have a 'hold my order' listing in my shop, simply add that into your cart if you would like me to hold your order.

I won't be reaching out to you regarding the shipment, so you may contact me at any time in the future once you're ready for your order to be shipped. 

If you've forgotten to add the 'hold my order' listing in after purchasing, just drop me an email ([email protected]) about it, I will be happy to do so! There's no time limitations for this :)


Combining Orders

If you have ordered more than once from my shop and would like to combine any of the orders, I'm happy to do so for you! Just make sure that the order has not been packed and/or shipped yet to do so. So please make sure to inform me as soon as you make your order(s).

I have a 'combine my order' listing in my shop, please add that into your cart if you would like me to combine your orders, then add into the order notes the order number(s) you would like to combine!

Holding & Combining Orders at the same time

If you have both the 'combine my order' and 'hold my order' listings in your order, I will be combining, then holding your order until shipment.

I won't be reaching out to you regarding the shipment, so you may contact me at any time in the future once you're ready for your order to be shipped. 

If I see that you've made 2 or more orders but didn't note down that you would like them combined, they will be shipped separately. I will no longer be combining them automatically as I may miss any correlations between orders, or you may not want them combined in the first place.

Refunds for combined orders are given at time of shipment (mail out days) due to logistical reasons. So if you would like the refunds sooner, please do contact me!

Shipping (Domestic and International)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I will not be responsible for such charges and will not be held accountable for any delays caused by the recipient country's customs or postal services. I have no control over your orders after I have shipped them.

Should you come across any shipping issues, please contact me. I will try my best to help you resolve any issues. However, typically the recevier's country will push responsiblities to the sender's country and vice versa. I have no affiliations with any postal services so I can't guarantee or promise anything. Meaning, issues such as lost or damaged packages in transit is really out of my hands. 

ALL orders come with tracked shipping. If you would like to take the risk and save $3.5 for untracked shipping, please contact me! I can refund you the excess. Please do note that I won't be able to correspond with my local postal service provider should anything happen to the parcel during transit (e.g. damaged, lost etc.).

Please ensure that you've written your correct FULL ADDRESS in English alphabets. I will not be held responsible for any incomplete or wrong addresses.

Shipping (International)

Orders will also be dropped off once (1) every week and usually take about 7-14 days to reach you.

Contact Info & Address

Please make sure that the contact info and delivery address that you have given are ACTIVE and 100% CORRECT. Make sure to double check everything before making your order! 😊

- Phone numbers are requested for the convenience of your local postal service in case of any delivery issues.
- Emails on the other hand, are for me to contact you in case there are any issues with your order. This is especially important for pre-orders, as sometimes we may encounter production issues. Due to many other previous correspondences, I will not be attempting to contact you again after the initial email if they are not responded to. Your order(s) will remain with me until I am contacted.
- If you prefer to be contacted via insta dm's, please do let me know in your order notes! Also make sure that your privacy settings allow me to contact you~

All parcels are also disinfected before drop-offs.
